Once you have submitted your enquiry or booking, you will receive an automatic confirmation acknowledging receipt of your enquiry. A binding accommodation contract is only concluded once we have issued a separate, explicit booking confirmation in writing.
Should prices or periods of stay be displayed incorrectly during the online booking process due to a technical fault, software error or transmission error, we reserve the right not to confirm bookings or to rescind the contract immediately on the grounds of error.
